US Production App Server Migration May 27, 2026 07:00-10:00 UTC
INFORMATION
Entrust will be performing planned maintenance to continue the migration of the US PROD application servers from Ubuntu‑based EC2 instances to RHEL‑based EC2 instances.
The migration will be performed incrementally (one branch at a time) to avoid a full service outage. This activity follows a previous attempt, during which we observed intermittent transaction timeouts. A fix has since been identified and will be applied as part of this maintenance window.

No planned service outage
There is a small risk of brief, intermittent transaction timeouts during the maintenance window
Any impact is expected to be short‑lived and self‑recovering

Mastercard MDES MTF Test environment will be unavailable from 7 July to 15 July Jul 7, 2026 00:00 - Jul 14, 2026 00:00 UTC
From 7 July to 15 July, the Mastercard MTF platform will be unavailable due to mandatory security and environment separation work required by Mastercard (GLB 12885.3).
Any services dependent on MTF (Test environment) may be impacted during this maintenance window.
