INFORMATION
Starting with Entrust DCS Back Office version 2.8.1, Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) will become mandatory for all users in both Qualif (Test) and Production Back Office environments.

RELEASE DATES

Test Environment: 23 February 2026
EU Production: 2 March 2026
US Production: 3 March 2026

IMPACT

All Back Office users will be prompted to configure and use 2FA after the environment is upgraded.
Access to the Back Office will not be possible until 2FA is fully configured.
Administrators may need to prepare internal communication and user readiness.
